Our consultants performed an assessmet of their IT infrastructure and processes, developed a plan to intergate their IT infrastructure and procesess. This included business process mapping and developing an architectural blue print for their future IT state. We worked and communicated to stakeholder, employess and key management in both entities.
The Result:
