Global General Technologies, a public International Homeland Security technology company was looking into optimizing their marketing and sales plan and identifying pockets of opportunities in emerging countries like the United Arab Emirates and other parts of the Middle East region. Eminent Logic was chosen due to their entree to key decision makers and an understanding of the metrics, policies, practices and procedures in these selected global markets.

The Result:

Eminent Logic leadership consultants worked with the executive management team to develop end to end marketing and sales strategy by incorporating tools and best practices to target and build an opportunity pipeline in the U.A.E. Value net channel partners were also identified to distribute and sell their product and services in that country. We also held a interim position as VP of Business Development for the Middle East. We executed and delivering the strategy allowing the company to identify qualified opportunities deals worth $450M, increasing market and mind share, and revenue.
