Strategy is all about developing a plan and action to achieve a particular goal. And the plan is about allocating the resources necessary, in a timely fashion, to achieve the desired end state; creating value. Whether good or bad, strategy shows itself in the everyday actions of the business. It is reflected in the quality of the dialogs we hold, the decisions made and the actions taken. A structured assessment of those activities and the outcomes that are achieved, reveal how good the strategy is and how to make it better.

Emient Logic works with clients to develop the relevant strategies necessary to achieve value creating goals. It does the necessary situation analysis, looks at alternatives, assesses resources, sets measurable goals, and monitors performance against these goals. And if necessary it may recommend a change in strategy and plan if the goals are not being met.
