Global General Technologies, a Homeland Security technology company was looking into optimizing their strategies and initiatives. Their goal was to understand what strategies they needed to execute that would bring about a high ROI in the Middle East region. Eminent Logic was chosen due to their entree to key decision makers and an understanding of the metrics, policies, practices and procedures in these selected global markets.
Eminent Logic business consultants worked with the executive management team to develop end to end marketing and sales strategy by incorporating tools and best practices to target and build an opportunity pipeline in the U.A.E. Value net channel partners were also identified to distribute and sell their product and services in that region. In addition, we held an interim position as VP of Business Development for the Middle East. Our consultants executed and delivered the strategy allowing the company to identify qualified opportunities deals worth $450M.
